One of the reason that these two web hosting service become the best is their reliability, commitment and their customer service support. As I review both services, it is very difficult to me to credit one service and discredit the other one because both provide almost the same services to customers.

Even though blue host is very flexible, it will not satisfy you with your need. They both give you web mail solution with spam protection and unlimited email accounts. These plans are especially useful to web developers such as PHP and SSH. The other best feature the two have is cPanel service. It is a great tool that helps both the webmaster and server administrator. Within the cPanel you can do many tasks such as editing and launching your site building utility, create and manage your email accounts, manage your domains and maintain you bandwidth and manage your files inside the cpanel. The list goes on.
If you want to compare the pricing between HostGator and Bluehost, they both have a very flexible price to the customers. For example, you can have a web hosting service for as low as $6.95 per month with Blue host and $4.95 per month with HostGator. Even though, their price is different, I just would like to remind you that, you should not have to focus on the price. All you need to choose is the service. Once again, it all boils down to a personal choice.
When it comes to customer service, they both have an excellent customer services. I tried both of them and I am very satisfied with both. My first webhost was Blue host and I had no any problem with theirs customer services. The reason I switched to HostGator was just I wanted to try different features. At present, my web host is HostGator and I am very happy with their customer service both on the phone and online help.
